Based on customer feedback and requests Bean Services has added a Purchase Order and Auto-Matching feature to Beanbills.
Purchase orders can now be created within Beanbills or alternatively they can be produced in the customers accounting systems and imported directly into the application. When invoices are collected and processed the application will automatically electronically match them to any existing Purchase Orders.
“The big deal here” say Jarrod Levitan CEO of Bean Services, “is that before this was an incredibly manual paper-based process. Now not only does Beanbills do it for you, it tells you instantly what invoices don’t match, don’t have a PO, or warrant further attention. It adds big time control to your purchasing process”.
The company looks forward to implementing the new feature with it’s current customers.
